SPORTS AND PITCH SIDE FIRST AID
As a member of The Society of Sports Therapists, Jo is required to hold a decent first aid qualification. She currently has a ‘Sports Trauma Management’ certificate – a nationally recognised qualification that gives healthcare professionals the core skills that are needed to properly manage traumatic sporting injuries, and one of the highest first aid qualifications available.
Pitch Side First Aid Cover
Jo currently heads up the medical team at Horsham Rugby Club, providing pitch side first aid cover as one of the many roles, but may be available to cover other sporting events throughout the year by request.
Event First Aid Cover
Event first aid cover is available throughout the year for a variety of sporting, and non-sporting events.
Prior events covered include tough mudder, touch rugby tournaments and running events.
