'LOCKDOWN' BALANCE TEST

Have a go at this quick balance challenge and see how you get on. This is also a great exercise to incorporate in to any lower limb rehabilitation program as it helps to strengthen all of the structures surrounding the ankle joint. 

Initially, aim to stand on one leg for 30 seconds, without wobbling around too much. If this becomes easy then give it a go with your eyes closed!

You should also aim to add this exercise in to your daily routine, such as when brushing your teeth, or waiting for the kettle to boil. You will soon begin to see the improvements!
