'LOCKDOWN' BALL RELEASE
If you feel as though you have a lot of built up tension, or perhaps a muscular knot, in the top of your ack, often in between your shoulder blades, then this activity will no doubt help you!
Find a firm (ish) ball, either smooth or spiky, a lacrosse ball is often the best in terms of firmness. Place it between your back and the wall, and have a good roll around until you find the most uncomfortable spot. If you hold that spot for at least 30 seconds and then have a good roll around the area in general then you are bound to feel better for it!
