'LOCKDOWN' DESK STRETCHES
With many of us now being forced to work from home, often from the kitchen table, or wherever you can squeeze a screen in, the chances are that your ‘desk’ setup is not as ergonomically as it should be!
And with this comes aches and pains, often through the back, shoulders and neck.
I have therefore put together a short series of stretches that you can have a go at throughout the day. If possible, try and break your day up and have a go at these stretches every hour or so!
